I’m a transformational guide, intuitive, and somatic practitioner — but more than that, I’m someone who has walked through burnout, disconnection, and reinvention. I’ve been the high-achiever and the over-giver. I’ve done the hustle. I’ve lived the “shoulds.” And I’ve unraveled it all to find my way back home.
My work is rooted in a deep trust in the body’s wisdom, the soul’s knowing, and the sacred support that surrounds us. Whether we’re working with astrology, tarot, energy healing, or breath and somatic awareness, my sessions are collaborative spaces for healing, clarity, and truth.
